Description
Designed for competition, Vauhti’s liquid RACE waxes are a mix of hydrocarbon ingredients with fluorocarbon-free chemical additives. Zinc stearate compacts and hardens the ski base, reducing friction and improving wear resistance escpecially in cold dry snow conditions. Polydimethylsiloxane with aliphatic groups improves water repellency properties of the base, particularly noticeable in humid and wet snow conditions.
Pure RACE LDR is designed for a wide temperature range and variable conditions, and has extra durability for long distance racing.
Application: Shake well. Using the sponge applicator apply wax to the glide zones of your ski until they are fully wet. Let dry completely (15 minutes minimum), then rub in with a natural cork (this step optional, it just makes the wax job last longer). Finish by polishing with a nylon brush, brushing in a tip to tail direction until the bases are shiny.
